So here's my issue:
I'm giving my editor stills to cut into a show, they come to me in various formats, I conform them in photoshop to 500 pixels wide .TIFs, then log them in FCP.
The editor's station is equipped with a broadcast monitor connected through a matrox box. Generally any clip that is brought into the viewer will play on the broadcast monitor, but for whatever reason stills do not.
Anyone have an inkling?
