Videography Contracts?

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to find out if anyone can direct me on getting a videography contract. How to set up quotes for clients, any paperwork necessary to put a contract in place. Any software out there? Or something that can help.

I'm just starting my own business on videography (commercials, weddings, events, etc.) and want to know what kind of paperwork I need to give my customers that will cover me legally, etc.

While you'll find some videographers post contracts on their websites, most prefer to keep their T&Cs private (competitive/legal aspects). You'll find a few professional videographers that offer instructional media will also include an illustrative contract. However, depending on your business model, adversity to risk, propensity to cover myriads of details, etc, you'll probably want to customize the contract anyway. I've found standard contracts are a good place to start. You can also go poking around PVA websites and start following links to members' websites...
