Video Switching Software

I am looking for some video switching software. Ideally, I would love to be able to afford a Tricaster, but its not it the budget right now. Anyone have any experience with a video switching software? I have seen vMix and will try it. Anyone with any experience with vMix? Does anyone know of a software for a mac that will do the same?
 
http://vidblaster.com/ software with many options for input/output devices. i have been using vidblaster for almost three years and it works great. you can download the software to try before purchase, it is the full software with watermark added.
