Video skips frames will the video come out like this when it is rendered? (Premiere P

Hi I’m editing footage on a very slow computer and while editing it is very hard to preview my movie because it skips frames. When I’m finely done with my project and done rendering it to place on a disk will frames still be droped?

By the way I’m using Premiere Pro 2.0

Nope she should be good, Perm has an qulitiy rating for playout, if you right click on the timeline viewer you'll see three settings, Automatic, Highest and Draft these only effect preview and not final render
