Video Quadrants?

I'm doing a video soon where I'd like to have 4 quadrants of video running in the same frame. I did a test, which you can see HERE, but I'm not sure how to get each quadrant exactly right. I tried to use the title safe overlays, but I couldn't get it quite right. I don't even mind if all 4 quadrants are different in size, I'm just looking for something repeatable. Any suggestions?
 
If you copy and paste attributes of the first video to the other three you will get them all the same.

Of course the CENTER will need to change, but go ahead and move them in the canvas with your wireframe/image turned on.
