Video Editing Monitor

Just got me a Mac Pro but now need a Good Video Editing Monitor for my FCP and Photoshop i searched around for info couldn't find much , didn't want the Apple 27" Monitor as it is too Glossy , any other choice i have? i have about $1000 to spend on it your suggestions and help would be appreciated
 
You may want to look at the Matrox MX02 products and use a 1080LCD TV. I have this arrangement and it works really well with FCP.

thx Grant for your help i will look into this monitor option prob get a Samsung LCD or LED works better? and Matrox MX02
