Anyone know if there is a great sight like VIdeo Copilot (After Effects) for Motion. I am having a really hard time transposing the after effects tutorials to Motion (like the world satellite zoom).

Personally I think an AFX user would do themselves a great disservice by trying to turn Motion in AFX. While they are both capable of creating titles and motion graphics, their approaches are completely different. For example keyframe animation is a lot more tedious than behavioral animation. Try the Peachpit books for starters.
