VIDEO CLIP VIEWING PROGRAM before CS5 ??

Prior to working with the video clips in Adobe CS5, is there a software program that can be downloaded into a PC with Windows7 that will allow you to "look" at all the different scenes as "thumbnails" with their respective info below them, "regardless" of format ?

I am currently learning CS5 in preparation for the purchase and shooting with a RED-One, Scarlet, or Canon 7D. And, as expected, you cannot "see" the clips in the Windows7 viewer screen. You can, or course, see the first frame of each clip in CS5, but you have to download them into the program to do so.

I am just hoping there is a way to view the first frame of each clip on a single screen, before beginning the editing process. And, I want to be able to do this with ANY video, whether it is from a RED-One, a Canon 7D DSLR, or some consumer camcorder.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks.

File/Browse in Bridge.

Thanks Ann. It's great, and Adobe Bridge does exactly what I want it to do.

But, is there any way to get it to come up on it's own without opening CS5 first? I assume not, which is too bad.

If not, we're kinda back to my original question:
Is there a "separate" program that will allow "any", and "all", video clip files to be viewed? Not edited, just viewed in thumbnails.

Thanks.

I only have CS3, but you should be able to open up Bridge by itself, the same way you would open Photoshop, AE, Premiere, etc.
