Video clip inside - Whats going on with it ??

I shot the footage below with a DVX100B in 24p mode and edited it in FCP6 I exported it thru compressor using h-264 - Why am I getting what looks like interlaced lines - I used he same work flow that i use when filming and editing in 30p i have never had this problem before


Do i need to remove the pull down - If so how exactly do i do so...Thanks!!

Unfortunately I dont see the "Pull Down" options in FCP ....When you use pull down removal is it done at the capture or export - Thanks again!
