Hey All,
What I'd like to do:
Capture Prores 422 @ 23.976p off my untrastudio express via HD-SDI to forgo transcoding footage recorded in-camera.
Camera: sony EX3 recording 1080 24p
Problem:
When Premier capture is set to capture anything other then 1080 59.94i, I get no image from the box. I feel this is a HD-SDI issue (not enough bandwidth) but 1080i captured video can be used in a 24p timeline successfully. Since this footage needs to be handed off to client at correct spec, this does not work.
Solutions? other then get a new camera...
