Video bit rate for uprezzed DVX footage

[English Madman]

Hi I'm uprezzing the DVX footage within Vegas when I render, usually to 720p. What should I set my video bit rate to? I used to have it on 4,000,000 but someone said put it up to 10,000,000?

Cheers.
