Video/Audio/PDF Content Management System(CMS)?

I've got a new client that want's to start recording videos of themselves and posting them on their own site, organized by various topics, categories, etc. Each entry will include a video file(probably using FlowPlayer), an audio only version, and then the teaching notes in PDF format.

Basically I have the PERFECT example of what we need: www.mikebickle.org <--If I could just copy that EXACT template, that would be perfect. =)

Is there an open source CMS that could accomplish this kind of organization?

True, that it is. I am familiar with wordpress, drupal, and joomla--All of which have the technical capabilities to do exactly what I what. The problem is that I can't find a good template or something to actual have the same format. =/
