Victory Multimedia?

Has anyone dealt with Victory Multimedia about distribution of their film? I submitted a copy of our film to Netflix earlier this year and Victory Multimedia contacted me today saying they were a "sub distributor for Netflix and the other major distributors and retailers." The agreement (which seems awful early to send me unless they like my movie, but they really didn't make that clear) is fair, except they want 10% of the gross purchase price for marketing (which seems odd to me...)

Just want to see if anyone has heard of them...
