Vibration Problem with a Letus Mini

Hello

Hello, I have bought a letus mini one year ago. I have used it twice. I was happy with the result until now. Now the pictures vibrates in a way I can't use them.

I'm shooting a documentary serie next week, I must fix this quickly !!
Do you know what can I do ?
Or where I can rent a letus Mini in New York next week ?

Something seems to be loose somewhere. Have you doublechecked all the screws, on letus, tripod, possible rails?

Does it do that hand held as well as opposed to on a table/tripod?

I too am encountering this problem. All the rail tripod screws seem tight. It only started occuring when I placed fresh batteries in the adapter. I think the motor is now vibrating so much the whole lens is shaking as well. Anyone know any fixes for this?
