I am looking to capture a VHs tape into FCP and want to put it to DVD. Has anyone had experience with this, and the proper setting to use. I would think to should be set to 30 fps, and non drop frame, but I could be wrong. Also would I set it to "Lower" for the interlacing. I am going to be sending the signal from my VCR to my Camera and then into my computer via firewire. If there is anything I need to be aware of when doing this please let me know. Thanks for the help.

Capture normal DV/DVCPRO NTSC 48khz 29.97fps, drop frame. That should do it.

To DVD? Use Compressor for that-->MPEG 2 High Quality
