Im trying to get my pc signal into my edirol lvs 400. I bought a simple adapter that goes from vga to svideo. It didnt work. I have an HP pavilion and want to display my laptop screen into my mixer. What is the best product to do this with? Thanks in advance.
Since you did not identify your "simple adapter", I will assume it is the cheap passive kind. Those require that you set your computer to 640 x 480 (NTSC resolution) Cheap converters can't convert horizontal and vertical scan rates, they can only convert the signal voltages.
