1. 01:21 - it's looks like steadicam shoot, but how did they menage to speed up some shoots and still stay in lipsync and to zoom that fast on steadicam

2. 02:04 - it's obviously what is the effect, but how did they done it?

To me it looks like I could recreate that by using a lot of cuts and key framing the motions in between.

I really like how it gives the feel of one continuous shot with a sense of urgency to want to look at everything at once. I also like the gritty look of it.

Nice. I think some very well-done whip pans are hiding a lot of the cuts. And maybe they used a motion control camera to repeat camera moves multiple times for some shots.

2:04 is not very hard. Large background plate with green screen elements composited over virtual camera moves.
