VFS wanted

Hello.

I would like a VFX in my SpyFest entry...

Anyone know how I can pull off the "pulsar of colored light" as in the Verizon FiOS commercial?

D'oh! I mis-typed the subject line! I do mean VFX, not VFS! (whatever that is!!!)

After Effects with Trapcode's shine (or CC lightburst), some turbulent noise, colorama, a pinch of glow and a lens flare. Almost forgot the fun part - some roto on the phone guy.

All of the effects except shine are standard with AE. You can easily find AE tutorials for doing the edge rays and roto work.

I actually own Motion which I've never used! I am just watching some tutorials and am amazed at this program that I've never opened!

I am hoping that I can create what I need with that. But your info will come in handy when I am applying the layers.
