VFR cadence error

Hello,

I'm new to FCP. In Capture Now I continue to get an error: VFR Cadence and the capture aborts. What am I not understanding? Thanks for any help you can provide.
 
Did you shoot with F6 mode? (24pa)
Is FCP setup to capture 23.98 with advanced pulldown removal?
Do you start the capture now after the take starts?
Do you have any timecode breaks?
Have you tried logging and batch capturing?

We are shooting F6. I set up a FCP custom setup with 23.98 pulldown, but I'm not sure it is set to advanced pulldown. I will check it. I start the capture now after the take starts, but some interviews have been 60 minutes. I set FCP to "warn after capture". I tried logging and batch capturing and got the same cadence error message.
 
Is this at the start of the take or partway through? Was the camera stopped and started around the same time?
Make sure you have a fast enough disk, enough memory and free disk space.
Try to record to an internal drive rather than an external firewire drive.
Are yo ucapturing from the DVX, deck or other camera?
