When I had an A6300, the 50mm was glued to the camera. Awesome lens.
I'm sure you know, but just fyi, they are Super35mm lenses.
Rings are smooth so focusing is a joy with a good FF system. How did you focus the Rokinons? It would probably feel like a similar experience.
Focusing is an art and craft, and skill level varies from one to another. Photographers will probably be more comfortable using and focusing photo lenses in a traditional manner, and cinematographers who use cine lenses and various support gear may be more comfortable in that world.
