Hey all,

Anyone else having problems with this website today? Its crawling along, when every other website is loading fast.

I am always seeing 'connecting to landmineads.com' in my status bar while waiting! Are they slowing this thing down? Cant even get on their website:

The connection has timed out
The server at landmineads.com is taking too long to respond.

WHO EVER IS STANDING ON THE FIBER OPTIC CABLE, please get off!

There was something going on beyond just the ads... something with the whole host b/c this site was down for a time too and it's on a different server than the ads.

This one is back up. the ads are still funky. I just pulled them until I can figure out what is going on. that'll speed things back up.

Sorry about the issues. been doing a lot of stuff on the server lately in anticipation of some upcoming upgrades and such.

Later,
Jason

Looks like the source of the issue was a power failure. dvxuser is obviously up and purring again. landmiineads will be up soon. The servers have to go through a disk check before coming back online, and the other server for the banners hasn't finished that yet.

Thanks for your patience. sorry for the trouble.

later,
jason
