VERY COOL Learning site found.

[Derrick_SA]

Good day all, I'm not sure where to put this link, so if it is the wrong place, please feel free to move it.

This site has 70 modules to learn from for FREE. Maybe you know about it, but if you don't I think there is a lot to learn.

http://www.cybercollege.com/tvp_ind.htm

They talk about scripts, treatments, lenses, Perspective changes, F-Stops (Creative Focusing), Filters, Color, composition, virtual sets, Lighting, Audio, Editing (eg. Continuity editing, etc...), Producing, Directing, the list goes on.

EVERYTHING is quite detailed, To me it is very usefull, hope it is for some of you aswell?

The Color chapters I found very helpful.

Thanks,
Derrick

VERY VERY helpful, I'll be on that site for the next couple nights! There's so much info there. Thanks a lot Derrick_SA.

I like this one:
"Composition can be defined as the orderly arrangement of elements in a scene which, when taken as a whole, conveys intent and meaning."

Re: VERY COOL Learning site found.

you can put links in the section titled "links" near the bottom of the main page.

this particualr site has been linked to there under a thread called "some great links" for nearly a year now.

That site is excellent.

Lots of good information explained so even and idiot like me can follow it.
