This issue just started today. Whenever I try to do motion tracking and click on the "track motion" icon, my cursor turns into the brush tool. I try clicking on the "selection" tool but it remains as the brush although the "selection" tool is highlighted. I tried resetting the work station back to "standard" and that did nothing. I tried closing AE and the problem still remains. I feel like an idiot as there probably is a simple solution to this, but it feels like I have tried everything.
