so here is an image from the problem i am having:

When i play back this footage of this out of focus light from tape or from the orignial capture in premiere the gradient of colors look fine. That rules out over exposure or a problem caused by the 4:1:1 sampling. Only when i import the original capture into after effects or when i export the footage from a premiere timline and reinport it into premiere does this problem occur. Another possibly relted prblem is that ever since i installed the new version of premiere i have noticed that when i try to export a movie from premiere 6.5 these lines appear on that exported footage from clips that were on layer 2 and obove (but this happens with footage that doesnt even have fine gradients or such pure colors)
