Vertical alignment Issue on Letus35 Extreme

I know that you are able to adjust the horizontal alignment on a letus extreme, but for some reason the vertical alignment is out of place. It's actually too low. I can raise it up manually to make it align perfectly, but there's no way for me to hold it that way. The rails won't even hold it that way. Any suggestions as to solving this issue? I use it with a DVX100B. Thanks in advance.
