If you have your cell phone service through verizon and you can play videos on your phone via your SD card then you should try compressing your footage in the GSM 3GPP format. I use Compressor 2 and there is an option there for cell phone video. I uploaded a video to my phone a while back and the audio played back fine but the video was slow and sluggish in places. Well 2 days ago I uploaded a newer project to my phone and believe it or not it came out like DVD quality! I tweaked the compression settings and was very amazed at the results...
