Vegas to Final Cut to iDVD help

I edited my 24P movie in Vegas with 2-3-3-2 pulldown and I want to create chapter stops when I'm burning in iDVD (can iDVD even burn progressive discs?). Will I lose any quality bringing my Vegas movie into FCP to create chapter stops for iDVD. If not, what's the best way to export it and still keep the same quality. I'm not familiar with FCP.

I don't think iDVD supports 24p discs. Search in the help menu didn't show up anything.
It also can't take MPEG-2 file from compressor.
DVD Studio Pro can deal with 24p and compressor files.
Quality shouldn't be an issue assuming you're orginal is DV format and your sequence is set to DV format (no conversion taking place until changing to MPEG-2 for burning)
