Vegas + Shake?

With the new price drop, I want to try out Shake but I really prefer to edit with Vegas. Besides being a bit of a hassle having a PC and Mac plus file transfers, would this even be possible? Can I simply export quicktime from Vegas and import to Shake, do what I need to do and import back to Vegas? Maybe there is a better solution? Thanks.

Exporting QT's to and from is no problem, that I know of. I've worked on PC originated QT's in shake before. If you can export TIFF sequences or an equivalent that would be more ideal, but either way.

Since the new Intel Macs will run Shake, I'm thinking Parallels Desktop for Mac + Windows XP/Vegas may work great plus it's easy to share files.
