Vegas pro 9 book

Douglas Spotted Eagle writes them all. I bought his book for Vegas 6 when I migrated over from Premiere. Did the job.

What makes you think that? Vegas has a pretty small footprint in the editing world.

Compared to the zillion books on say Premiere, the Vegas selection is sad. Luckily, Douglas's book is excellent - I've bought three editions of it so far.

I work on premiere, final cut, and vegas, but agree with the post above. Some projects are clearly done best on vegas, especially in terms of audio editing without the need of going with third party software and meeting deadlines.

I thought the index would be a better.

So far I'm happy with the book. I know it's a labor of love, having been in the publishing business.
Lot's to learn.
