Vegas Pro 9.0 crashing when rendering above 1280p?

Any ideas why this would happen? I've tried 8bit 32bit, etc, It seems to run out of memory and crash. I am using Windows 7 64bit but it also happens on windows xp.

1280p? Literally? Not 720p (1280x720)? Never tried it.

Why are you rendering that big?
