Was wondering how Vegas Pro 13 is working out? Trying to decide if I should upgrade from pro 12.

Hard to say..
I upgraded to Vegas 13 and Windows 10 about the same time.
With v12 I used to get crashes. Can't remember the last big problem with V13.
The thing is Vegas (and most NLEs) are complex so if you get to where you find a routine that does not cause problems and you use this routine consistently, you don't have issues. Meanwhile, you can have someone working close by reporting all sorts of problems with the same software, same version.
If you are on Windows 10, I would go for the upgrade.

V13 crashes for me more than 12 did, which crashes a lot more than 11 did.
Running Windows 7. Maybe it works better under 10, I don't know.
