vegas pro 12 closed captioning

CC'ing a 30 min show, import txt file and place my markers in the proper order in project, do a render as sony mxf file HD1440x1080 -60i, it renders out, when I put that file back in vegas to check CC it only carried over the first ten or so markers and the rest are gone, tried redoing the project under diff name and restarting everything result is the same, did two other shows before this one and they are fine. Any Ideas on what could be the issue?

after more experimenting the same issue comes up rendering out as an mp4 xdcam codec, all markers are in the program I can edit them move them all listed in the edit details window , when I render it out only the first few actually are there, emailed sony tech support no answer, thinking it might be a scripting issue ?? i even reinstalled vegas 12 totally I am on a deadline and this is not a good thing. anybody??
