Is it worth the upgrade price?
Vegas Pro 11 worth upgrading from 10?

It was for me. Version 11 is still a bit buggy, but I will eventually move over to it once version A or B is out.
I think a lot will depend on how old your computer is ( especially the video card ), and if you have any use for the new features. ( like the new 3D titler, etc... )

My computer is relatively new but unfortunately my ATI Radeon HD 4600 card is not supported in the GPU acceleration department, so I wont see those benefits. I am currently running a Dell XPS 8100 and this card seems to be the best card I am capable of putting in the computer, considering the power supply (though I am not an expert and would love to be told otherwise).
I would definitely use the 3d titler and the upgraded image stabilization plugin will be of great use. I love the image stabilization in 10 though I only use it 'lightly'.
