I'm using a Ninja 2 recorder as a backup for my AG-AC-130 and the picture quality is great, however is there a way to make the audio 48K 16 bit instead of the 32 bit used in pro res? I'm not at all familiar with the pro res format but would like to have 2 16 bit stereo channels instead of the 4 mono channels output by the Ninja 2. Is this the normal format of pro res or just the way the Atomos Ninja outputs the codec ? I am unable to open any of the pro res audio tracks in sound forge and get a message saying it is an incompatable format. Is there a way to change the audio tracks to 16 bit?
