Vegas Pro 10c 64bit Render Options MISSING.

Yesterday I installed the DNxHD codec and rendered out some files without an issue. Today I began experiencing some problems with audio. I shut down my workstation and resarted and then this; limited options for rendering.

I am going to restore the pc (Windows 7 Pro 64bit) to see if I can recover functionality, but maybe it's something simpler.

Suggestions? I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Vegas, Raylight, and DnxHD.
 
is there any audio in the timeline? if there is no audio currently in the timeline then Vegas will only show you the available formats for rendering (no audio formats since there isn't any audio in the timeline)
 
Yes. There is audio in the timeline. I restored the PC and everything is back to normal and fully operational. It seems that there was something wrong with my audio.
 
That's weird, good to know is back to normal. I haven't had any problems with this version so far.
