Vegas Magic Bullet PLEASE help

Hi,

It sais thsi when i install it

Loadlibrary("c:\program files\sony\vegas 5.0\Magic Bullet Editors Vegas\MBeditors.dll")failed-The specified modual could not be found.

what is this? then when i open vegas it sais, could not find MBeditors.dll ,, but that file or plugin or what ever it is, is inside the magic bullet editors vegas folder that was installed?????

do i have a bad copy of it ? why is it doing this?


I have reinstalled vegas and magic bullet a ton of times, i cant get magic bullet to show up under the video effects tab? what am i doing wrong?

When i install magic bullet do i have to instal it into the vegas folder? i have tried that too, that doesnt work, ive tried taking all the files that come in the magic bullet folder and transfering them into the vegas folders, ive tried every folder that has something to do with plug ins, thats not working, when i start up vegas it sais it cant find something like mbedit.dl or something like that, its one of the files that comes in the magic bullet folder once its been installed, it sais it cant find it, but i put it in the vegas folder a million times,

Now i have installed the trial version, then i type in my serial number for my vegas, do i need something else?

Do i not have the full version, because after i type in my serial, it makes it the full version, as far as i know, its got alot more than the trial one.

This is very annoying because i want to use magic bullet,

can some one help?
 
i have the same problem.got the version that came with the camera.Actually, only a picture of each effect shows up in a file.Cant get it to load in vegas.
 
Yep, i got the one that came with the camera too, and i can view the pictures that came with the file as well,....

Some one help us fix this please.
 
which version of vegas are you guys running?

try fully uninstalling MB and then clearing out your cache and temp files. restart the computer then reinstall MB.
 
Vampiar_Ent, you're not doing anything wrong. The Magic Bullet installer doesn't always work. It installed on one of my systems, but not the other. They have since updated the installer so that it should work on all systems.

To get the fixed version, follow this link:
http://www.redgiantsoftware.com/updates.html

Scroll down to the Magic Bullet Editors updater. That should solve the problem!

thank you Barry! installed right away.Hey by the way, just got your book and dvd from Jan.B&H didnt include it in the box when i bought the camera. Great book and dvd! Very helpful.Also big thanks to Jan for shipping it out right away.

Thank you Barry! I got this for the FEB DVX FEST and never touched it due to this error! I read your post and 2 minutes later its in! Thank you!

Of course Im doing the VEGAS 5 trial and will be making a purchase decision on 5 or 6 after NAB!

well i must have been lucky as it installed the first time! and im glad it did too cause im no editor...

and right when i shell out hard earned cash for v. 5x and DVDa v.2x sony goes and announces 6! :p
