Vegas Magic Bullet Looks using GPU, doesnt work?

When I click 'use GPU', magic bullet looks makes video bright pink or bright green, and doesn't process the footage correctly (presumably because my 1GB graphics card is too slow?).

When I uncheck 'use GPU', the colours work correctly but the footage looks choppy in the preview window (presumably because MBL needs to use a GPU instead of the CPU?)

Is there any solution for this? I'm assuming that my graphics card isn't up to it.

Thanks, your help is appreciated.

That was my guess too, however, according to the makers, this card is apparently more than enough to support MBL without any issues.

I've also tried this on a 2009 intel Mac Pro using a different graphics card (ATI 2600 HD I think), in win XP on Vegas,, with the same problem.

I know there are a lot of MBL users on here so I'm starting to wonder if this is just a known quirk of MBL in Vegas?

Thanks

I have this same problem, but when I first installed the MBL a couple of years ago it worked fine, then at the start of this year I had to tell it to not use the GPU if I wanted to use the MBL.

Fixed the problem. For those with the same prob, just to let u know how I fixed it..

I read on the website that MBL doesn't support 64bit XP. So, I downgraded from win xp 64 to xp 32bit and all is now working...

how do you get magic bullet?

Can you just use it?

Or do you have to purchase it extra from vegas?
