Vegas Audio Problems with YouTube

Okey dokey folks here we go, My problem is this, I have been posting some videos my studio has made on YouTube. The video quality is okay with all things considering, but my problem is with the audio.
The sound that we recorded while filming is lower than the sound we have added in during post. Now they sound perfectly fine on the DVD, ipod, and computer but falter when it is posted on YouTube.
I know that I am just not doing something that I should be and it's probably pretty simple. So the clues are as follows:

1. Sound is lower on "filmed" audio, but not "post" audio.
2. Every other format I have used it has been fine.
3. I am a self taught Vegas moron.

Here is the address, http://www.youtube.com/SouthSiderStudios
so you can see for yourself. The films that I am having problems with are Pwnage and Pwange 2.
Thank you for your time, you guys have helped me out a great deal in the past and I hope someday I will finally know exactly what I am doing.

What are your render settings for YouTube?

Thanks David,
Here is what the file properties is giving me.

Image
Width 720pixels
Height 480 pixels

Audio
Duration -----
Bit Rate 192kbps
Audio Format MPEG Layer-3

Video
Frame Rate 29frames/second
Data Rate 120kbps
Video Sample Size 24 bit
Video Compression DivX codec

I hope this helps, if it doesnt just let me know.

I watched your Pwnage video. Speaker audio was good when then held the mic, at a distance it was indeed soft (using the camera mic or shotgun?). I would suggest marking off key points on the audio track and try increasing volume a little in the soft spots.

If you have multiple audio channels, or stereo channels, YouTube mashes them all together into one mono track and you can get odd audio distortions. Try rendering in mono before uploading it. Also, try rendering it to a default WMV file, they seem to work good on YouTube for me. To see if it is indeed YouTube let me suggest putting it on Livevideo which retains the stereo channels. Good luck.
