I'm also interested, my upgade should be here in the next few weeks and I'm wondering if I should install or wait.
Word is that there are some issues. If you have any pressing work you need to get done, I'd wait.

I'm running Vista Ultimate on my laptop (got it for free). I initially had some issues with the install but got those all figured out. Vegas seems to work fine however, there is an issue with I believe the .NET framework that Vegas uses for the media manager, and it gives you an error message when vegas starts, but then vegas continues and functions properly. I don't use the media manager so I can't say for sure what the problem is, but for the most part I don't see any problems.
I'm not yet ready to take the plunge on my desktop but since I got it for free I figured I use my laptop as a guinea pig.

Vista has been generally well-reviewed and well-received, but I'm not touching it until the first service pack. So, summer-ish.
