Vegas and Digital Performer

I'm a few months away from a shoot but am trying to figure out the workflow.

I'm recording on dual audio systems at 96k/24bit and syncing up in post at my apartment, doing my picture cuts and a few basic sound edits in Vegas.

My school's studio is where I'd like to mix however, it doesn't have Vegas and uses Digital Performer instead. I'm curious if there's anyway to retain all of my cuts from Vegas and import them into DP so that tweaks to the sound edit would be easier.

Assuming no one hear used DP...

Anyway, I'm aware that Vegas can't export an OMF, but would exporting an AAF file also be able to bring audio edits with heads/tails into a DAW?
