vegas and ae6

i capture in vegas export out of vegas uncommpressed bring it into ae6 render it uncompressed and i am getting grainy video.. can anyone help me out?

if you dont have to do it uncompressed use mainconcept dv codec, in and out of AE.

whats happening is weird ??? could it be field order
