I've been trying so hard to get an AAF saved from Vegas to open on a Mac. We've been tyring the latest versions of Final Cut and Soundtrack pro, but neither will open it.
As for saving it out of Vegas, I've tried both the Avid compliant and standard AAF formats, I've tried embedding the media, and I've tried saving the project with trimmed and copied media. I tried deleting the video tracks so that the saved media would only be .wav format.
All of this effort geared towards sweetening the sound in Soundtrack Pro 2 on the mac. But I just can't figure it out. Is there a special process to saving the AAF from Vegas?
