Im using vegas 8 to make a dvd dual layer. now i used a bitrate of (CBR) 8.5 for the DVDA MPEG2 24p widescreen video output. now the question is, when i go to make the dvd in DVDA (version 4.5) what should i put the bitrate at? the bitrate slider is default at 8.0 but i set it to 9.8 does this increase the actual MPEG 2 video bitrate i rendered out of vegas at 8.5? or does it simply keep the same quality as the 8.5 bitrate render at 9.8 bitrate in DVDA? or should i set the bitrate in DVDA to 8.5, the same as the render mpeg video bitrate at 8.5? but does that lower the mpeg2 video quality, bitrate i rendered out of vegas? might be confusing i didnt know how else to explain it.
