Vegas 5 + DVD Make an offer

I bought this new for $300 a few months ago and only used it once. (Long story, but it works just fine.) It's an Academic Version, which just means I bought if for less, it's a full version of the program.

After lots of (unrelated) computer issues, I'm a Mac man now, so...like I said, Make an offer.
