Vegas 4: How to Grab Image?

I'm sorry for this extremely retarded question, but I couldnt find the answer after looking in the manual, searching the forum and searching in the program. But...How do I capture a frame from my movie? I know you can do it when you are capturing video, but can you capture images on the timeline?

There is a little button above the PREVIEW WINDOW that looks like a FLOPPY DISC (SAVE BUTTON).

Make sure the preview out (to the external monitor) is turned off.
