Does anyone know when Vegas 12 will be coming out? I tried calling Sony a few times but always left on hold and after about half an hour I hang up.
 
A beta test is currently in progress (I was too busy to take part in it, alas), so I'm guessing the full release will be later this year.

No idea what new bells and whistles will be in it though...
 
I wonder if I should jump from 9 to 11 or do you think it is best to wait until 12 comes out? In the past there always seems to be bugs in the system until the get it clean up.
 
Sony usually offer nice upgrade deals for new releases for a month or so, so a v12 upgrade may be cheaper than an v11 upgrade (presuming of course that they allow v9 to upgrade to either).

Personally i've never been burnt by any fatal bugs in a brand new version, but some users have. A good reason to keep the old version installed for a few months...
