HVX 24p... Rendering for Blu Ray to be placed into DVD architect... i left project settings all the same (default) except changed quality to "best," and then frame rate to 23.976...

Trying to get the best quality that i can...

also Dave, ordered your 24p video today, too. :) hopefully to eliminate some of my redundant ignorant questions.. :)

Yeah, you'll want to render out as 23.976.

Buuuuut . . . if you changed the frame rate, what's your timeline frame rate? You should have edited as 24p as well.

all is good! something along there made it look 1000 times better... also, i copied everything over to 11 from 12.... just could not for the life of me get my footage to look as good of quality as it should.

One last question: is it possible in vegas to export as hi def h.264? i am working on distribution for our second film and they want a whole ton of crazy stuff that i'm putting in the hands of someone "more professional," but they seem to think exporting as this is the best (and easiest) option..
