Varizoom Stealth or Rock?

I've been looking for a nice system to control the Zoom, Focus, and Iris of the HVX200 when running it on my DVRigPro or MagiqCam. Since Varizoom came out with the focus wheel upgrade, I decided there system is what I really need. However I'm not sure between the Stealth or the Rock.

I'm leaning towards the Stealth, since the throttle seems much easier to control when moving around than the Rock, but I wanted to see what other people had to say on the subject. Either way I'm so glad they came out with the focus wheel upgrade. I was about to go with the Foxi until I saw it. I think now the Foxi would have been a big mistake since I never use a tripod. Glad you made it happen Tom!

Yeah, this is a question that I am currently having. I use a steadicam and HMC150 and thinking that the Stealth mode of varizoom sounds more interesting.

Had anyone worked with both in a steadicam system and would share the experience?

Thanks

I too would like to know real world experiences with both.

Says it all. Especially from those who use stealth, do you feel in control and able to manage speed?

I read bad feedback about the stealth saying that it was awkward to use. Has anyone used the rock? Does it provide as much control?

Is the Stealth the one with the little brass lever thing? I had one of those it was awful. I really loved Varizoom back in the day. They had some nice big and beefy controllers. Had one for my XL-1 and it was fantastic, Pro L I think. Since they introduced those smaller controllers starting with the DVX they kinda fell off IMO.
