Varizoom remote problem?

[Ivar]

I just received a focus, zoom and iris remote from b&h. This one: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produ...Z_ROCK_PZFI_VZRockPZFI_Rocker_Controller.html

My problem is that when I zoom in, my DVX automatically zooms out slowly. Is there something I can do to prevent this from happening?
