...do they annoy anyone else besides me? For some reason it just really bugs me when I'm reading Variety articles and the reporters refer to NBC as 'The Peacock', or CBS as 'The Eye', etc.
"Hey dude, I'm pitching to The Eye later."
Do other people in LA refer to the networks like that when talking? I'm genuinely curious.
